Being a small business, our return policy is very limited. We are really sorry!
We do offer a refund if the product is returned to us intact (unused and new) and only if it is not customized. If they are customized, no return or refund will be given. To get a refund, the non-customized product must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the product.
If the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will then be responsible for the reshipment charges once we confirm an updated address with you.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks.
If packages are lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
